May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears.

Are you stuck in a loop of obsessive thoughts and compulsions? Are you nervously waiting for the next panic attack? Does it feel like your life has gotten smaller and more difficult in your attempts to feel less anxious?

Anxiety disorders have a way of creating rules that people feel like they need to follow just to keep it all together. The problem is that the more we follow them, the more powerful the anxiety becomes.

Finding a therapist takes courage. I’m so glad that you are here!

Nice to meet you,
I’m Tiffany Song, LCSW.

I am the owner of Inner Strength - OCD and Anxiety Therapy. I’m a Certified Exposure and Response Prevention Therapist. I specialize in helping folks struggling with OCD, Panic, Phobias, and Anxiety. I am passionate about using evidence based therapy to help people see how strong they really are.

I live in Pittsburgh, PA, but I am able to provide therapy to people living anywhere in Pennsylvania or West Virginia.

Are you ready to take back the things that anxiety has taken from you?

Working with me will feel a little like working with a personal trainer for your brain. I generally focus on short-term, goal-directed therapy. We’ll start by getting to know each other, mapping out all of the ways that anxiety has wiggled its way into you life, find healthy ways to cope with it and then start facing the fears. You can go towards the life that you want to live.

I provide teletherapy and in person therapy for adolescents, teenagers, and adults. Therapy can follow the traditional outpatient therapy model or a more intensive approach if needed. This can be in the form of extended sessions or even in your home if possible.

I also provide parent coaching to parents of children (of all ages) with anxiety disorders.
